Welcome to MayTrux. By using our app, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. 1. Use of Service You must comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or revoke parking access at any time. 2. Parking Reservations All reservations are subject to spot availability. Pricing varies by vehicle type and rental period (daily or monthly). Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. Payments All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payment is required at the time of reservation. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused parking time. 4. Materials Orders Materials (sand, rock, limerock) are priced per cubic yard or per load as shown at checkout. Delivery orders are scheduled for the next day or later; same-day delivery is not available. A 7% sales tax applies to materials on delivery orders only (pickup orders are not taxed); delivery fees are not taxed. Delivery is available within 60 miles of our lot; fees are based on distance. Pickup orders may be cancelled for a full refund before materials are loaded. Delivery orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once materials are loaded or the truck is dispatched, the sale is final. Natural materials may vary in color, size, and composition; quantities are approximate. 5. Vehicle Requirements You must park only in your assigned spot. Your vehicle must fit within the designated space. One vehicle per spot. No storage of materials, equipment, or personal belongings outside the vehicle. Vehicles that exceed the size limit for the assigned spot will not be permitted and no refund will be issued. 6. Prohibited Activities No sleeping, living, or overnight habitation. No mechanical work, repairs, or vehicle washing. No hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials. No subletting or sharing of reserved spots. 7. Property Damage Users are responsible for any damage caused to the property, facilities, fencing, gates, pavement, or any other structures. A minimum charge of $5,000 will be assessed for any property damage. 8. Towing Any vehicle remaining on the property more than 24 hours past the reservation expiration without payment will be towed by American Towing Service, 9180 NW 119th St, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018, (305) 558-8080. All towing, storage, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. Liability Disclaimer MayTrux is not liable for theft, vandalism, damage, weather events, accidents, or any loss of property. Parking is entirely at your own risk. Vehicles and equipment are not under our custody or control. 10. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account. 11. Privacy Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. 12. Termination MayTrux may revoke parking permission or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. 13. Disputes & Governing Law Governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida. 14. Changes to Terms Updates will be posted in the app and on this website.
